Family member is currently in nsg home. Funds should run out in approx 12 months then transfer to Medicaid. Executor of estate has been taking $$ from social security deposited into member's personal cking account for over 4 years, then putting in their own personal account. What are the legal ramifications?

Elder abuse, specifically elder financial abuse. Fraud. Breach of fiduciary responsibility.
