Legal Question in Elder Law in Ohio

I don't know if this is the right place for my ? , but here it goes.

I have an elderly aunt and she's started showing signs of not knowing whats going on 40% of the time. And ever since this has started, her daughter has been taking advantage of her state of mind. She's been spending 1-2 thousand monthly or more. She does not have permission at all, we are all concerned, and hoping that you'll be able to help with this ?. Or lead us into the right direction

Does anyone have power of attorney for her? If not, then you can file for guardianship over her estate and possible over her person, so that her daughter cannot take advantage of her. The court would have to approve any expenditures of money. I hope that helps.
