Adultery and child custody

my wife cheated on me with many men and i have an extreme amount of evidence. my kids are with me after ther mom abandoned them with they,re grandma. i am extremely hurt that the kids are having problems because of this.They,re mom has many self admitted issues to deal with that has made it very hard for me to even allow mom to visit. and then she does,nt caa anyways.I,m going to get te divoce wth no anamosity towards the mom, but i don,t think the kids can handle any more of the moms lifestyle.What do I Do?

Prior to filing the divorce each party has equal rights to the kids. Therefore, prior to filing the divorce, you can deny or limit visitation. However, you had better have a good reason to do so. Once a divorce is filed, you can request supervised visitation until mom straightens out.
