Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child Custody

I have recently had a court ordered dna test done. If it comes back positive. How do I go about signing away my rights and is there anything anyone can do to stop me from signing away my rights?

Re: Child Custody

If by "signing away your rights" you are seeking to avoid paying child support, that will not work. If you seek to avoid visitation, you cannot be forced to exercise your visitation rights. If you mean you will not oppose someone who wishes to adopt the child, there is nothing preventing you from doing so.
