Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child Custody

One of my sons threatened a child with a knife which in tern got me into legal trouble because I am their sole custodial parent with family services. My ex convinced me he would be better off with him so I signed an agreed motion for change of custody. The judge was waiting for the outcome of that case before making a ruling.Since then my ex has dissappeared to another state, has no job and child support can't even find him and has only shown up for court hearings all except the last one because he didn't want me to find out he was the reason we were there to begin with. I want to have the motion thrown out pro se what can I do?

Re: Child Custody

You need to file a motion withdrawing your consent to the earlier agreed entry, with a sworn affidavit attached detailing your ex's recent escapades. You need to do this ASAP.
