My child's father is refusing to pay child support until everything is finalized. Do I have to allow him to see her?

In Ohio, if someone is not paying upon their child support obligations, then you can bring a contempt of court action against that person for failing to follow the court's order on that. However, if the court has ordered visitation, then you should obey that order or you might face contempt of court proceedings yourself.
