My ex-husband has not been paying his court ordered spousal support. How do I proceed?

In Ohio, if your husband is failing to abide by the order of a court then you can file what is called a motion to show cause why he should not be held in contempt. If the court finds that there is no good reason for your husband's failure to pay then the court can order him to pay the amounts again and put them in jail if he does not abide by the order.
