False Allegations-Custody

Hello again Ive written before in regards to gaining custody of my 5 yr daughter from an unstable home. I have a stable home remarried for 3 yrs and have another child. In the last two years my ex wife has left my daughter with me weeks at a time due to her unstable life. I told her if we couldnt agree on shared parenting I was taking her to court for full custody. Three days after telling her she made allegations that I sexual abused my daughter and programmed my daughter to say it too, and she served me with ex parte stripping me of my parental rights since then it was proven that she coached my daughter to say these things and children services said to file for custody and they would testify for me By the way this is the second time she has done this. I dont want to have any unreal expectations what are my chances of custody to save my daughter from this mental abuse and parental alienation that my ex is doing to her I cant stand to see my little girl suffer because her mother has mental problems I believe.

I guess I am at a loss. If Children & Family Services is advising you to file for custody and they will come to court and testify on your behalf, exactly what are you waiting for???? Yes it will probably be a long, hard process, but how is your current situation any better.
