My sister who was divorced has passed away. She had no will. Her 11yr. old son was automaticaly placed with his father. Does her son have the right to choose with whom he wants to live with?

No child in Ohio has the right to make a binding choice where he or she wants to live. The child's wishes are only one factor in determining what would be in thhe child's best interest.
