Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I was in the hospital I was on very strong pain meds. I signed some legal documents in the hospital under the influence. Can I contest it? Is it legal binding.

In Ohio, if you can show that because of the influence of the drugs you had lost your ability to act in a competent manner, then that may be a basis for avoiding the contract. Further, if you can show that the other party took advantage of your weakened state, that could constitute a basis to avoid the contract as well.
