Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband has legal custody of his children. The biological mother would like my income added in to help lower how much child support she is required to pay. Is that legal? Isn't only the bio. parents income used when figuring out child support amounts?

In Ohio, unless there is a reason to deviate from the guidelines, only the biological parents' income is used when calculating child support.
