Interstate Marriage

I was marraid about 6 years ago and we got a seperation agreement and never go a divorce. I moved back to my home state of Pa where I live now. I am tring to find out if there is a statue of limitation on a seperation agreement on a final divorce.

Depends on the terms of the agreement. It might survive the dismissal of the divorce if its terms so state. Otherwise, the statute of limitations in Pa. for written contracts will control.
