Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

legal seperation not divorce yet......

I have been married for 7yrs and now things are not working out my husband moved out on Nov 15, 2002. I tried to have his removed from my car insurance, I was told I could not do that. I would like to file for a legal seperation and I want to know what I need to do and how much it will cost me or is something I can do myself? I don't have much money. When he moved he left me with several bills but everything is in my name anyway.

Remember that with a legal separation, you do everything that you would do in a divorce, but the marriage itself is not ended. Filing fee depends on your county of residence. It will probably cost at least $1000, but check with local counsel.
