Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I live in the state of Ohio and I have custody of my 17 year old step son since he was 10 and he turns 18 in two months. We waived the right to recieve child support from his mother when custody was handed to us and now that he 18 he wants to move back in with her. He will be a senior in high school this up coming year. She has not been working for about 4 years but collects government assistance. If he moves back with her and is still in school, can she take us for child support??

In ohio the general rule this was a child turns 18 child support stops. There are exceptions to this if the child is disabled or otherwise dependent.
