Re: Long seperation

You need to get a divorce before remarrying. If you went through a legal separation, you can convert that to a divorce. If not, you can file for divorce in the absense of your wife. You may be able to do this on your own using the court forms.

Re: Long seperation

Are you high!!!!! If you do not get a divorce, the second marriage is void and you will be a bigamist. You may need to serve the first wife by publication. You will have to file an affidavit with the Court as to what steps you have taken to try to find her. That means an internet search or checking with her relatives, if you know where they are located.

Good Luck
