Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I would like to move from Ohio to Arizona with my, 7 year old, son. I am the Residential Parent. I want to be close to my 74 year old Mother (my son's only living Grandparent). The Custody Agreement says I need to inform the Court if I intend to have my son out of the state longer than 30 days. How do we relocate legally?

In Ohio, you make a motion to the Court to allow you to move out of state. You give the Court your reasoning as to why this would be in the best interest of the child. If they court agrees with you, then off you go to Arizona to live.
