Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I only have parenting time. My ex wife has full custody. Court order is from Arizona. I live in Ohio. I have 4 children. 3 with my ex wife in Arizona, 1 with my current wife in Ohio. We have standing orders with the children flying out 2 times per year. One of the 3 in Arizona wants to move to Ohio. She asked her mother and her mother said she could just stay after she comes out here next summer to live here. Her mother emailed me verifying this. (That's how the court told us to communicate is through email.) so my question is, if she comes here and stays, can the mother change her mind and file parental kidnapping on me? I still have the emails.

Your question should be answered by an Arizona attorney. With that said if it were Ohio I believe she could not file kidnapping charges. At best she could file a show cause motion for not following the custody order and returning the child. I would immediately file to change the custody order when she gets here. Again that needs to be filed in Arizona by an Arizona attorney.
