Pregnant mom needs dissolution advice

I recently found out I am pregnant with my second child with my current husband. My husband and I have lived apart for a year now. My husband agreed to legal seperation but nothing else about 4 months ago but we never filed the paperwork. My question is this, can we legally get a dissolution while I am still pregnant or do I have to wait until the birth of the baby.

In Ohio, you cannot get a divorce or dissolution while you are pregnant. So, you will need to wait until your baby is born before you can legally end your marriage.
