Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am in the state of ohio was never married to my daughters mother. I had a paternity test done and I am legally the father and paying my child support. Do I have any legal visitation rights?

You do have visitation rights. However, you must petition the Court in order to receive visitation. The child support agency cannot help you with that.
