taxes un married with kids

i pay child support and never missed a payment since 2000 me and the mother were never we had 3 kids they stay with her but when it comes to tax time i have to get her to ok me to claim 1 child and when in realty i should be able to claim all 3 every other yr how do i get it legal like the childsupport heck we dont even has a legal visitation but i do see my kidds every other weeknd

Sir,

You need to file motion for custody or parenting time with the domestic court. The parenting plan that will later be established by the court will cover such tax issues.
