My Adult Photos
This is embarrassing but here goes. During our marriage my ex-husband and I were swingers for a number of years. He took thousands of digital photos of me having very graphic sex with scores of men and women. At the end of our marriage I started prostituting and left him for one of my clients who I am now engaged to. My ex is very bitter and keeps threatening to start a website where he will expose the facts of me and my fiance (a respected business man) and post photos of me taken during our marriage. Since I never signed a release or anything can't I sue him and stop him if he really does post photos of me and/or tells facts about my fiance even if they are true? Thanks

There is at least one claim that you will both have against him called intentional infliction of emotional distress. There may be others and if you would like, a lawyer could write a letter to him telling him to cease and desist.
