expungement question?

can you still pay to have felonies wiped off your record? Are felonies eventually wiped off your record after so many years?

Re: expungement question?

Under certain conditions, a felony can be expunged (the record sealed) which also means you do not have to report them on employment applications. There is a filing fee involved and possibly other miscellaneous fees for record handling. If you hire an attorney to do this, then there will be an attorney's fee also. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Best regards, Edward diCato
