Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Garnishments

When someone places a garnishment against your paycheck, does the money taken include interest and/or taxes everytime the money is withdrawn, or does the first deductions taken go only toward interest and/or taxes?

Re: Garnishments

The Judgment against you is gaining interest at 10% each year. The money taken from your paycheck is applied against that amount.
