Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Hello, my name is Brittany. I am from Ohio. I work at a local nursing home and I have been there since December of 2009. I just recently found out I was pregnant with my first child on Feburary 22nd and was put on light duty on the 23rd. I am a high risk for a miscarriage so they have resricted me to no more than 20 pounds. Ever since I have been put on light duty I have been recieving a lot of verbal comments, and my facility has become a hostile work enviornment. It is to the point where I hate walking in there everyday because I know something knew is going to be said.I have even had residents who live within the facility come and tell me that the people working upstairs were just talking to negatively about me. Not to mention these residents are fully alert and orientated, I have also witnessed these comments for myself. Also another thing that makes me wonder is because I am a minoirty within my facility. I feel targeted, I leave almost every night in tears. I have went to the administrator, A.D.O.N, and human research manager about this problem and nothing has been done; if anything it has escalated. I was wondering if anything could legally be done because I don't need this type of stressful and hostile work enviornment. I honestly don't know how much more I can take.
