Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

as a waitress recieveing minimum wage for tipped employees can i be asked to go beyond my job such as run the whole resturant on third shift for the exact same pay? I am the only waitress seating, waiting, runing register, handleing customer complaints ect... cleaning and all. legaly should i be paid more?

No. Your employer is only obligated by law to pay you minimum wage no matter what your duties. You could negotiate a higher wage but the law does not compel your employer to pay it.
