If my sister has been staying with me for 2 days can I kick her out or do I have to do an eviction notice?

In Ohio, if she is a guest and only staying there two days then you can kick her out. But if you agreed to lease her a room and she has paid rent or agreed to pay rent then you would have to go through the statutory eviction process.
