Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

My daughter has been seeing a dr. for 2 yrs, her feet are always bright purple. he sent her for one test that took her 1 month to get the results that came back normal. he said that there is nothing wrong with her that her feet must just be cold. i made her an appt. this week at my dr. because she now has blisters on all her toes along with the purple feet. she was diagnosed with raynauds disease and if not treated her toes could have had to be amputated becase gangrene would of set in. she is only 23yrs old and he also has her on synthroid and has only checked her blood once. is this neglegence on this dr.

It may very well be malpractice but unless your daughter sustained some serious inlury from the delay in the diagnosis and treatment it is not a csae. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss this matter.
