Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

I was falsely led by 2 doctors into having my gull-bladder removed, even though test results showed it was working normally. Once removed, I was informed that it wasn't the cause of my symptoms and that it was normal. Since the removal, my symptoms have continued to worsen, and upon changing doctors I have found out that I am Lactose Intolerant, and that that was the source of my symptoms. I had been going to my original gastroenterologist for 3 years, had many tests and procedures done, and had to miss a lot of work and college.

Could I sue my old gastroenterologist and the doctor who removed my gull-bladder for malpractice?
