Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I ate half a bug in my Mcdonald's has brown, i already suffer from an anxiety disorder, I cannot eat,or sleep now. Can I sue?

You could, but unless there was some physical damage such as sickness or broken tooth, and as you already suffer from a preexisting anxiety disorder, your recovery will me minimal if anything at all.
