Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

sending young girls home with friends parents.

My wife had a group of dancers in Columbus far a compitition. A problem developed and one of the girls parents threatened my wife. The girl in question was asked to leave. Two other girls were asked to decide if they wanted to leave or not. The girls said that they were leaving with thier friends dad and thier parents knew about it. All three girls left with one of the girls father. We received a phone call from an angry mother saying that she never gave permission for her daughter to leave with this man. The girl was unharmed and arrived home without difficulty. Is there any risk here for my family?

Re: sending young girls home with friends parents.

To seek recovery in a suit, there must be damages. Here it does not appear that there were any damages involved. The girl was unharmed and the parents did not suffer emotionally because they found out after their daughter was home under their supervision.
