Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

My brother and I own my deceased Mother's house. I have lived in the house for 27 years and my brother never has. I have paid all the bills, repairs, and taxes during this time. I now want to put my half into my daughters name and I plan to retire soon. What do I have to do legally to make this happen

Dear Inquirer: You may have to resort to Probate Court intervention to obtain clear title. I suggest you contact and retain an experienced Attorney to assist and advise you.

You will need to demonstrate, with documents, checks, etc. of your payments and entitlement to the real property, as opposed to any right or interest of your sibling.

Contact an Attorney ASAP. Good luck. God Bless.

Sincerely,
