buying a home with a judgement

I have a old judgement against me in ohio but want to buy property, is there a way that me and my wife cam apply for a home loan using both our credit but just have her on the title / deed ? I would want to do this until the judgement gets cleared up .

You need to work out the details with the lender but you should be able to do what you asked about.
