I would like to know how long it takes from the time you default on the second mortage payment tell they can forclose. Also I pay the first mortage on time. The line of credit is the one that is not getting payed for 7months my ex husband is responsable he nis not paying. But 10 years ago I cosigned on the loan the divorce paper state that he has to pay the credit line.

It depends on the terms of the mortgage. If he is in default, you must file a Motion to Show Cause in Contempt against him in Domestic Court. Nothing in that decree is self executing.
