Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio

False rape alegation, and what to do about it.

My friends came back to our dorm drunk after a party. They went upstairs to a girls room, where she invited them in. The girl was very drunk at the time and willingly gave both of my friends oral sex. Neither of them had vaginal or anal sex with her, and according to both of them all sexual conduct was consentual. Later that night, the girls roomate came back and asked if she was raped. She said she was, and then they filed a police report. Neither of my friends have been linked to the case so far, but should they go to the police and present their case...possibly asking for her to take a rape test? Or should they just stay back and keep quiet?

Get good criminal attorneys for both of them (separate attorneys) and let the attorneys figure out how to best proceed with the police, if at all. DO NOT go to the police without consulting a good criminal attorney. DO NOT give any statements to the police without having an attorney.
