Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Is there a probate estate opened? If so, after all the appropriate forms are filed to open the estate, give notice, and the inventory are filed, the two other heirs would need to either disclaim their interest in the vehicle or the one heir would need to buy the other two out of their share of the vehicle for an agreed upon amount.
