Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I have taken care of my Mom since 2006 when she fell and couldn't live alone anymore. In Nov. of 2013, my son was fatally killed in an accident. My daughter came in and took my mom while I was at a Dr. appt. and with the help of her so-called stepbrother who's an attorney in Fla., got my 87 yr. old Mother to sign over POA to her. Went to court and she got guardianship of my mom??
