Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My deceased mother had a Trust in Ohio, assets listed gone except for Life Insurance Policy, as yet, unpaid to Trust. Can creditors claim life insurance?

Not your mothers creditors. Your mothers creditors can only attach probate assets. The life insurance and the trust pass outside of probate.

Your creditors may, depending on the language of the trust.
