Employer cut wages and was supposed to reimburse the lost wages when client passed away. now employer is refusing to do so. what can i do to get the lost wages owed?

The right to collect the wages would be an asset of the decedent's estate. The executor under the will, or the Administrator if the estate were intestate, would step into the shoes of the deceased employee as to the claim. The fiduciary would be able to pursue the claim just as the decedent would have, unless there is a rule under applicable state or federal wage laws that preclude this. You should contact a labor law attorney on this last issue, before proceeding.
