Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Hello,

Regarding Realestate and a Trust formed in the State of Ohio.

My Goal:

While living, I want one of my sons to receive my home without going through any type of probate court along with little to no taxes being paid.

Background:

- My home is titled in my name.

- No mortgage or debt is affiliated with my home.

- I am married to my husband and have two kids.

- My home is also in the Trust we formed a few years ago.

- I would like to place my sons name on the title, owning 49% of the home.
