Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mom passed leaving my sister in chargen. She is refusing to give my brother a copy of the will & death certificate. How can we obtain a copy of both without her assistance? I do not know who my mom's attorney who drew up the will.

Ohio has laws that can force her to produce the will, see Ohio Revised Code 2107 and the various provisions, such as 2107.09 http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2107.09

The death certificate is a public record and can be obtained from the health department.

There are several ways to address the fact pattern you've presented, thus you would be well served by meeting with a knowledgeable probate attorney.
