Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

my mom is being sued in small claims court for payments on her deceased sisters vehichle. she has never had possesion of the vehichle and she was not her power of attorney or executor of her estate. do u think she has anything to worry about? thank you for your time.

I am sorry to hear about your moms sister. Where is the vehicle? Is your mother a cosignor on the loan? If not, then the creditor can only pursue the estate for the payments. They should be able to reposess the car in satisfaction of the loan.
