Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mother in law went into a nursing facility in September with confusion. Her daughters moved her into assisted living. They threw all of her belongings into dumpsters. They took her home, assets and their deceased sister's assets in an irrevocable trust in October. My blind and confused MIL said she never signed her farm over. All four of her remaining children are in her will equally but now there is nothing left. The farm now has a buyer. Only two daughters are on the trust. They wouldn't let their brother have anything from his childhood home. Not even a photo. We cared for her every day. I think they are trying to hide her substantial assets from Medicaid and they are trying for spousal VA benefits. Is there anything I can do to help her? Do her son and I have any rights?
