Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My mother in Ohio passed away recently. In her will, written in 1976, she stated that her estate was to be divided equally between her 3 adult children. That is all it says. One of her adult children, Steve, died a few years ago. He leaves behind 4 adult children of his own. According to Ohio law are Steve's children entitled to Steve's 1/3 of our mother's estate?
