Can my mother and father be a personal representative on my will when I want to leave my estate to them anyway.

Yes they can. You may want to make one parent your personal respresentative and the other your alternate personal representive. In this way, you'll have a replacement if there should be a need for one, and you can avoid having co-signatures on all the filings and documents.
