my question is I am the POA for my mom and she passed away and I have the documents do i need to file with anyone about this will?

The POA is no longer valid upon your mother's death. The will must be filed with probate court in the county in which your mother resided at the time of her death. If you mother owned any assets that were in her name alone, they must go through the probate process in order to be transferred to the rightful beneficiary.
