Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

If someone resigns as Successor Co-Trustee of an Estate after the person dies, can they contest that if a) they did not recieve proper counsel before signing that document and b) they weren't in the right frame of mind because it happened right after the funeral?

Can that person can be re-instated as Co-Trustee?

You could ask the court to consider your request. It would be up to the judge as to whether he or she would "reinstate" you as co-trustee.
