Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My sister and I are both executors of my Dad's estate Her and I are both executors. He had 2 savings accounts with just her and his names on the account. Will I b entitled to half of those accounts. Thanks

No. If her name is on the account, then that would indicate it is a JROS (Joint Right of Survivorship) account. Upon the death of one, it immediately becomes wholly owned by the other, and is NOT a probate asset. The Will only governs probate assets, and JROS accounts, like life insurance (when there is a surviving named beneficiary) is said to "pass outside of probate."
