Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Re a Trust--is it possible to get a Hardship Withdrawal from a Trust that is currently handled by my friend's father? My friend is having a very difficult time financially. Thank you.

It should be possible however the provisions of the trust would need to be evaluated to see if it provides for a hardship withdrawal. If not, it would be under the discretion of the trustee to decide. www.socrateslegal.com
