Validity of Trust and Will after moving to a new state

If I have a Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, etc, established while I am a resident of the State of Ohio, will they be valid in court of law after I move to the State of Indiana?

Yes, Indiana will honor these documents. In order to be certain that your estate will be handled as you wish, I recommend that you still have an attorney in Indiana review your situation.
