Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

I asked this question before but I will try again !! I had a workman's Comp. hearing at the staff level and I was denied my claim due to my three doctors stating in their report that I got herniated disks due to "Performing my general work duties" and not while I was doing the job that I was doing that night. My question is this, aren't they the same thing ?Either way I got hurt at WORK !!! The hearing officer looked at me and said that there was no question about it. I had a claim but I had to think about it.Whatever that meant.

The issue of how and when an injury occurred is critical to your success in pursuing this type of claim. I will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail if you give me a call. No charge or obligation for the call.

You do need to talk to an attorney on this-if not me, then someone!

Good Luck
